Overcoming Site Challenges
One of the most significant aspects of this project wasn't the home itself—it was preparing the property for construction.
Because the site's soil conditions would not support a conventional septic system, the project required the installation of a professionally engineered mound septic system. This involved additional site clearing along with importing and placing several hundred tons of engineered soil and sand to create a suitable foundation for the septic field.
By addressing these challenges early in the project, we were able to keep construction moving forward while ensuring the home's infrastructure met all required standards for long-term performance.
